Mente was founded in 2017 and developed with support from Lancaster University, combining research with practical workplace use.

The platform brings together workplace learning, employee resources, support information and employee insight in one accessible system.

Organisations can choose the features that are relevant to them, allowing the platform to reflect their workforce, internal arrangements and existing services.
