    Employers can manage and share information more easily, while employees can access useful content, support and surveys through a secure platform.

  • What do I need to access the platform?

    Mente is accessed through a standard web browser on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

    Users need an internet connection and secure login details. Single Sign-On can also be enabled where required.

  • Do we need IT support for implementation?

    No specialist IT support is needed for standard setup, although IT input may be required if Single Sign-On is enabled.

  • Our healthcare provider already offers mental health resources. What makes Mente different?

    Mente does not replace healthcare providers or an Employee Assistance Programme.

    It brings workplace learning, support information, employee resources and workforce insight together in one place, while also helping organisations make existing benefits and services easier for employees to find and use.

  • Can courses be completed at the user’s own pace?

    Yes. Courses are divided into short modules that users can complete at their own pace and return to when needed.

  • Can Mente work alongside our existing LMS?

    Mente operates as a separate platform. Organisations can link to Mente courses from an existing LMS, while completion records and reporting remain within Mente.

  • Can we customise the platform?

    Yes. Organisations can choose which features to use and tailor content, resources, surveys and access settings to suit their workforce.

    The platform can also reflect existing benefits, support services and internal arrangements.
